Phantom & The Illharmonic combine the raw energy and passion of Hip-Hop, with the beautiful sounds of live orchestration. Originally hailing from Philadelphia, the ensemble recorded a virtual rendition of “Brand New Funk” in honor of Philly legend Will Smith’s birthday.
