Recording artist J-Props is making noise in Pittsburgh's rising hip-hop scene. Music was an escape that naturally transitioned to writing poetry in college. He began reciting poetry and eventually recorded himself. Soon after he realized the lyrics he wrote were leaving an impact on people.
J-Props’ has a wide variety of influences from Eminem, TechN9Ne, & Wu-Tang’s Killah Priest bands like Linkin Park, Rage Against The Machine, and Three Doors Down. But his inspiration comes from the beats. His main focus now is to continue furthering his craft, release music every 4 to 6 weeks, and create a podcast platform.
